Digital Red has been established for fifteen years and specialises in technical support for small businesses, homeworkers and individuals.
It does not – and never has – specialised in mobile software or games for mobile phones.
I regularly receive emails, faxes and even sometimes phone calls from people wanting to complain that they have not received an unlock code for a game that they have bought from Digital Red for their mobile phone. Digital Red doesn’t sell games or any other software for mobile phones!
There are lots of companies who have started using the name “Digital Red” in the fifteen years since this real Digital Red started – Argentina, Chile, and Poland have one, so too do China and Germany. None are related to the UK based Digital Red belonging to Daniel O’Neill, and most of them aren’t even in the same line of business.
I don’t maintain a phone directory or have any contact with the other Digital Reds, obviously, because they are nothing to do with me. If you have a complaint about one of the other Digital Reds, especially the one which deals with mobile software and mobile games or the one that produces a computer game of strip poker(!), please make sure that you address it to the correct one because it is a waste of my time otherwise.
